The culture of management and customer care, as well as the continuously improving services and innovations presented by Armenia’s leading telecommunications operator remain in the focus of students’ attention. The students specializing in customer care familiarized themselves with the model of business administration of the company, basics of mobile communication technologies and the system of values – the role of responsible approach in success and achievements. “Success in business requires new ideas, flexible marketing solutions, accurate calculations, analysis and forecasts at equal proportion. The tool embracing all the abovesaid is the culture of civilized customer care. Our competitive advantage is the total sum of it all,” said VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian. During the tour organized in the company headquarters, the students visited call and service centers. Their meeting with the General Manager rounded up with a Q/A session.
