A session of the OSCE Foreign Ministers Council was held in Hamburg, Germany on Thursday. At the meeting, Nalbandian stressed the importance of developing bilateral ties between the two countries. Also, the diplomats dwelled upon the new framework agreement expected to be signed between Armenia and the EU, as well as the possible visa waiver program. Besides, Nalbandian briefed the Spanish diplomat on the latest development in the process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, as well as Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group's efforts aimed at pushing the talks forward.
