Azerbaijan uses firearms, mortars to violate truce

PanARMENIAN.Net - More than 40 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered on the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh overnight on January 9-10.

Azeri troops, in particular, fired around 500 shots from various caliber firearms, also employing 82-mm mortars north of the frontline.

Karabakh Defense Army troops refrained from retaliating continue controlling the situation along the entire line of contact.

Around 30 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered on the contact line the night before.
