As of 3am on Tuesday, 87,55 % voted in favor and 9.7% turned down the amendments. According to deputy chairman of Referendum Central Commission Yeghishe Arzoumanyan, 79,314 citizens or 76.44 % out of 103,766 - the total number of eligible voters - participated in the poll on Monday.
