PanARMENIAN.Net - Zlatan Ibrahimovic's 28th goal of the season at Sunderland was also his 17th in the Premier League, enhancing his chance of winning the Golden Boot award for 2016/17, Manchester United's official website said.

The Swedish striker broke the deadlock in Sunday's 3-0 win at the Stadium of Light with an excellent finish on 30 minutes, providing another highlight of his remarkable debut campaign in English football.

If Ibrahimovic wins the Premier League Golden Boot award, he'll be the sixth player to do it with United. Dwight Yorke became the first in 1998/99 and was followed by Ruud van Nistelrooy (2002/03), Cristiano Ronaldo (2007/08), Dimitar Berbatov (2010/11) and Robin van Persie (2012/13).
