The "Suicide Squad" actress is in talks to play Queen Elizabeth in Focus Features and Working Title's project, Variety reports. The Australian-born star will reprise her role as the pig-tailed anti-heroine in the upcoming "Suicide Squad" spin-off "Gotham City Sirens".
