New "Game of Thrones" season 7 photos released

PanARMENIAN.Net - Movistar, a Spanish "Game of Thrones" broadcaster, has just released a slew of new stunning stills from the upcoming season 7 of the hit HBO series. The photos offer an awesome look at some of the major characters, including Jon Snow, Daenerys, Cersei and her twin brother Jaime Lannister, AceShowbiz said.

One of the photos sees Jon Snow looking a bit furious. The King of the North can be seen standing surrounded by the actual snow.

Cersei, meanwhile, can be seen standing near the giant map of Westeros we all saw in season 7 first trailer. The Dark Queen, who is holding a glass of wine, is joined by her twin brother Jaime.

The two last photos feature the Breaker of Chains, Dany. One of the photos sees the Targaryen donning her new black-and-red conqueror gown and kneeling on the floor. The other sees Dany, who was last seen boarding a ship and leading her army to Westeros, meaningfully touching Westerosi ground. Some fans believe that all of these photos belong to the season premiere.

Previously, Movistar released a featurette of "Game of Thrones" season 7, focusing on Spain and Iceland location filming. The featurette featured Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Peter Dinklage. Peter could be seen filming a scene which presumably involved Dany's dragon as it featured a big green CGI screen.

"Game of Thrones" season 7 will premiere on July 16 on HBO.
