Second Karabakh-Armenia road readySeptember 1, 2017 - 13:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The second road connecting Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) to Armenia is already ready and opened on Friday, September 1 to celebrate Artskh's independence, government spokesman Artak Beglaryan told a press conference, Sputnik Armenia reports. According to Beglaryan, Karabakh has prepared a number of events to mark its independence, with the first of them having launched on Thursday. Beglaryan said exhibitions, concerts and other gatherings are scheduled for September 1-3.
