Azerbaijan urged OSCE Secretariat to dismiss Minsk Group

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan urged the OSCE Secretariat to dismiss the Minsk Group, Armenia's Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told the parliament today.

"The information is not made public yet but Armenia is aware of Azerbaijan's plans," he said. "Azerbaijan has been for a long time trying to crack the OSCE MG format and transfer the Karabakh issue to the UN."

"During two years, this country did not dare to put the resolution on vote. But the fear that Kosovo's independence can set a precedent forced Azerbaijan to agree to defeatist result with 39 'in favor', 7 'against' and 150 abstentions," the Minister said, IA Regnum reports.
