  Armenian, Azerbaijani foreign policy chiefs' meeting in process January 16, 2019 - 15:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A meeting of acting Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov has started in Paris, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan said in a tweet on Wednesday, January 16.
