Peskov: No meeting with Armenian PM listed in Putin’s schedule

PanARMENIAN.Net - No meeting with the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan is listed in the schedule of Russian President Vladimir Putin for Friday, January 25, Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.

Peskov said though that the two often talk on the phone and their meetings have become common.

"Friday is a pretty busy day for the president, so I don’t know if there will be any changes. No such contacts have been agreed upon for now," the spokesperson said.

Pashinyan will depart for the Russian capital on Thursday. He is expected to visit the Moscow headquarters of the Eurasian Economic Commission and deliver a speech about the priorities of Armenia's presidency in the highest bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)
