Armenian Catholicos to meet Syria’s Assad

PanARMENIAN.Net - Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia Aram I left for Syria on Monday, May 13 and is set to meet President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday.

When arriving in Damascus, the Catholicos was greeted by the Armenian Diocese of Beroea, as well as Armenian lawmakers of the Syrian parliament, Kantsasar newspaper said in a Facebook post.
