"The telecommunications field requires continuity of investments, continuous improvement of the network coverage, as well as service centers’ network. From the first day of operation, we have been guided by that principle. And even though the main focus of Viva-MTS development is the development of its digital platforms, based on our digital transformation strategy, we also pay attention to the increase in the number of our service centers. And within this framework, we have moved our service center in Noyemberyan to a more spacious and comfortable area, as well as have launched another, completely new service center in Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, taking into account the workload of the already operating service center. I would also like to add that Viva-MTS is constantly increasing the number of its service centers. “We thank our subscribers for their trust and for using our services” said Viva-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
