Sarkissian will present first-hand information about Azerbaijani-Turkish terrorist aggression against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), and war crimes committed by them. The President is scheduled to meet NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, European Council President Charles Michel, among others. Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and Syrian and Libyan mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27.
