Azerbaijani army sets Karabakh village on fire

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijan armed forces have set the village of Aknaghbyur in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) on fire, Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan said Friday, October 30.

"It's their style of war, there are many proofs that wherever they enter, they immediately burn the houses. Azerbaijan continues heavy #WarCrimes, international community continues staying blind/incapable," Beglaryan captioned a video of the burning village.

Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and Syrian and Libyan mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.
