Meskhetian Turks can be granted dual citizenship

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Turkish parliament has decided to grant dual citizenship to Meskhetian Turks.



The citizenship will be granted after verification of the documents within 6 months, Trend Azeri news agency reports.



Meskhetian Turks were expelled from Georgia to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in 1944.
