 Top Iranian diplomat arrives in Baku for Karabakh talks January 25, 2021 - 18:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, on Sunday, January 24, local reports say. Landing in Baku, Zarif said that Nagorno-Karabakh and other issues are on the agenda of the talks with the Azerbaijani side. He met the country's President on Monday.
