The anomalies have partial impact and corroborate user reports of issues getting online, affecting multiple networks. The disruptions may limit coverage of events on the ground, NetBlocks added. Real-time network data showed anomaly on some providers from around 2 pm local time, with national connectivity falling to 82% with signs of partial recovery.
