The Cabinet on Thursday, April 22 approved the signing of a financial agreement between Armenia and Artsakh. Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mesrop Arakelyan said the funds will be allocated to legal entities and individuals who lost property, housing, cars and trucks, agricultural and construction equipment, fixed assets used for running businesses, livestock, apiaries, fruit and grape gardens.
