 Iran's Zarif arrives in Armenia May 26, 2021 - 10:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The foreign policy chief of the Islamic Republic is currently meeting his Armenian counterpart Ara Aivazian in Yerevan. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in Armenia on Wednesday, May 26 morning, the Foreign Ministry reports. Zarif is currently meeting his Armenian counterpart Ara Aivazian in Yerevan and is also expected to sit down with President Armen Sarkissian and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for talks on bilateral relations and regional security. The foreign policy chief of the Islamic Republic was earlier in Azerbaijan where he discussed, among other things, the situation on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan with Azeri President Ilham Aliyev.
