Armenia: Arayik Harutyunyan replaces Arsen Torosyan as chief of PM's staff

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Armenian Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Arayik Harutyunyan has replaced Arsen Torosyan in the post of the chief of the Prime Minister's Staff, according to a decision signed by acting PM Nikol Pashinyan.

Torosyan earlier served as the Health Minister while Harutyunyan served as the Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister, replacing Vagharshak Harutyunyan, who was named the country's new Defense Minister after the Nagorno-Karabakh war in 2020.
