"As the international environment has become more tense, the [European Union] is more than ever committed to the goal of a peaceful and prosperous South Caucasus," Klaar said in a tweet on Monday, March 14. The EU official's trip comes amid renewed tension on the Nagorno-Karabakh line of contact and the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
