EU envoy arrives in Yerevan for “good meetings” on regional mattersFebruary 24, 2023 - 14:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, has arrived in Yerevan. “Back in the region for a series of consultations to follow up on leader’ meetings in Munich, starting with Yerevan,” Klaar tweeted in the wee hours of Friday, February 24. “Look forward to good meeting in the morning.” Department of State spokesperson Ned Price hinted on February 22 that Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders were expected to meet in Brussels “in the coming days”. He told a briefing the next day that the invitation and the opportunity have been extended to the parties.
