Armenia, Czech Republic to cooperate in defense

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government has started the process of ratifying the agreement "On military-technical cooperation between the government of the Republic of Armenia and the government of the Czech Republic".

Signed in 2010, the agreement cooperation in the fields of military education, defense industry, military history and museology, as well as participation in peacekeeping missions abroad.

"The agreement envisages cooperation in the training of specialists and technical personnel in educational institutions, taking into account the demands and opportunities of the parties, as well as other directions of military-technical cooperation, in which the Parties show interest," reads the draft decision of the Armenian government.
