Ruling party MP calls opposition ‘political dinosaurs’

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Civil Contract parliamentary faction Hayk Konjoryan asserted in parliament that his team differs from the opposition because they possess the ability to self-reflect.

“The Prime Minister, for instance, can even speak about our ignorance. Meanwhile, your Prime Minister once said intelligence isn’t needed for politics,” Konjoryan stated, as reported by Aysor.am .

He referenced a viral video on social media showing a car split into two halves: one side a Mercedes, the other a Zhiguli. According to Konjoryan, the clip illustrated how the Mercedes evolved over time, while the Zhiguli remained unchanged. The caption read: “Zhiguli, perfect from the start.”

“You are a perfect Zhiguli from the beginning, folks. You’ve got no room left for learning. You’re political dinosaurs,” Konjoryan declared, addressing the opposition.
