The two discussed recent developments in the region and exchanged views on the prospects of unblocking regional communications. Both sides emphasized the importance of establishing lasting peace and stability in the region. In a recent press conference, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the issue of unblocking regional communications and the potential delegation of these routes to external entities. He stated that various options are being considered with Azerbaijan to simplify transit through these routes. However, no definitive agreements or signed documents currently exist. According to Pashinyan, there are already several well-known cases of delegated functions in Armenia—some of which have yielded positive outcomes, while others have not. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
