  Mirzoyan to visit Netherlands for PCA event September 17, 2025 - 12:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 17–18, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will pay a working visit to the Netherlands. In The Hague, Minister Mirzoyan will take part in an event dedicated to Armenia’s accession to the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). A meeting is also scheduled with Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel. Other meetings are also planned. By ratifying The Hague Conventions, Armenia has become a member of the PCA, gaining the right to nominate arbitrators who may participate in resolving interstate disputes or investment arbitrations. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
