Pashinyan, Milatović discuss Armenia–Montenegro ties![]() October 2, 2025 - 18:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In Copenhagen, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a meeting with Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović. The two leaders discussed various opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Montenegro. Both sides identified trade and tourism as particularly promising areas for expanding collaboration. They agreed to continue working consistently to develop these sectors. President Milatović welcomed the preliminary signing of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, expressing confidence that it will open up broader development opportunities for the region. The leaders also agreed to continue bilateral dialogue through high-level reciprocal visits. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended the 7th European Political Community summit in Copenhagen, where leaders were received by Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen. The summit included a plenary session and short interactions between Pashinyan and international counterparts. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
