He emphasized Armenia’s goal of becoming a regional science and technology hub, promoting joint research, engineering solutions, and innovative production. Hayrapetyan stressed the importance of expanding scientific and industrial cooperation between Armenia and France, particularly through professional networking, academic exchanges, and collaborative research projects. The minister and French representatives took a virtual tour of CEA-Leti’s facilities, exploring its product portfolio, applied solutions, live demonstrations, and industrial applications. The meeting concluded with agreements to deepen collaboration and develop joint initiatives. CEA-Leti is one of France’s leading research institutes, specializing in micro- and nanotechnology, electronics, AI, and communication systems. Minalogic is a technology cluster supporting innovation in digital and deep tech sectors. Yerevan will host the 2024 edition of the World Congress On Information Technology (WCIT).
