  Court accepts case to seize MP’s alleged illegal property February 10, 2026 - 13:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia has accepted for review a lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor’s Office seeking the confiscation of property allegedly acquired through illegal means. The Department for Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Property within the Prosecutor’s Office has submitted a claim against National Assembly MP Ishkhan Saghatelian and individuals connected to him, requesting that the following be confiscated in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
