  Mirzoyan to attend UN Human Rights Council session February 23, 2026 - 11:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will pay a working visit to Switzerland on February 23-24. In Geneva, Mirzoyan will take part in the high-level segments of the UN Human Rights Council and the Conference on Disarmament, and will deliver speeches.
