Zurabyan calls for transformative change![]() June 7, 2026 - 17:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Levon Zurabyan, the prime ministerial candidate of the Armenian National Congress, told journalists after voting that he had cast his ballot in favor of profound and fundamental change in the country, reports Factor.am . “I voted so that great powers would not wage wars in Armenia and would not turn Armenia into ruins. If they compete, let them compete through investments and influence, so that Armenia becomes a transit hub — a bridge country connecting not only West and East, but also North and South. I voted for an Armenia that will become a technological paradise, enabling the country to rank among the world’s economically developed nations and eradicate poverty,” Zurabyan said. He stressed that Armenia should transform into a major transit hub and technology center, which, in his view, would contribute to economic progress and help overcome poverty.
