Wizz Air launches flights to London, Rhodes![]() June 9, 2026 - 13:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Wizz Air has launched new flights to the United Kingdom and Greece, according to the press service of Zvartnots International Airport. Starting June 8, the airline began operating a direct route between Yerevan and London. Flights to London Luton Airport will be operated twice a week, every Monday and Friday. Since June 7, Wizz Air has also launched flights to the Greek island of Rhodes. The route will be served twice weekly, on Thursdays and Sundays. According to information published on the airline’s website, introductory fares for flights to Greece will start at €39, €49, and €61, Sputnik Armenia reported. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
