Armenia’s Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, met with France’s Minister Delegate for the Armed Forces and Veterans, Alice Rufo, on the sidelines of the Eurosatory 2026 international defense technology exhibition in Paris.

During the meeting, the sides discussed opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation in the fields of defense innovation and advanced technologies. They also reviewed the implementation of the strategic memorandum of understanding signed in Yerevan on May 5 and reached agreements regarding upcoming steps.

Hayrapetyan emphasized that the signed memorandum creates new opportunities for Armenia-France cooperation in the defense industry, contributing to technological advancement, the development of innovative ecosystems, and the strengthening of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
