Pashinyan visits Yekaterinburg for forum, talks![]() July 6, 2026 - 11:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has departed for Russia on a working visit. In Yekaterinburg, Pashinyan will take part in the plenary session titled “Industry 360: Manufacturing Without Borders,” held as part of the Innoprom 2026 International Industrial Exhibition. The prime minister is also scheduled to meet Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to the Armenian government’s press service. According to a statement from the Russian side, Mishustin will hold bilateral meetings during the Innoprom International Industrial Exhibition in Yekaterinburg with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, and Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan. The Russian government’s press service also said the plenary session will be attended by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, and Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan. The statement notes that Russia is the destination of Pashinyan’s first working visit since his re-election. Before this trip, he had traveled only to Tehran to attend the funeral ceremony of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
