No need to hold referendum on Armenian-Turkish protocols

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said that as long as discussions are being held in various formats, it's premature to speak of a referendum on the Armenian-Turkish protocols.



"The President will discuss the issue with Armenian political forces on September 17," he said.
