PanARMENIAN.Net - "RA President of that time, Robert Kocharyan, turned October 27, 1999 terrorism act to good use, making a shift towards more totalitarian regime," Heritage Parliamentary Faction MP Anahit Bakhshyan said at October 27 RA NA sitting.



She also noted that October 27 terrorism act struck a major blow on Armenia's international prestige, significantly weakening Armenia's position in NKR conflict settlement negotiations.
