The personnel of the NKR Defense Army is constantly improving the fighting capacity, said colonel Shahen Aydinyan, head of the military and patriotic education department at the Defense Ministry of the Artsakh Republic.

As a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from Nagorno Karabakh, journalists attended Asparez military center, which trains shooters and scouts.

“With the establishment of the center, our losses have considerably reduced,” colonel Aydinyan said. “The NKR Defense Army stands ready for combat missions.”

The journalists also visited a military unit under command of colonel Alexander Grigoryan.
