PanARMENIAN.Net - The events in Abkhazia to all appearance will not tell on the terms of Georgian President Eduard Schevardnadze's visit to Armenia. Armenian President Robert Kocharian stated it yesterday. "I think the visit will take place if nothing changes in Georgia," - he said. In Kocharian's words, exacerbation of the situation in Abkhazia, including the events in the Armenian villages should not be considered as connected to the activity of the Georgian official authorities. The President reported Ambassador of Armenia to Georgia keeps in touch with the Georgian leadership to get precise information on the condition of the Armenian residents of Abkhazia.
