  Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Peter Semneby discussed Karabakh conflictJune 22, 2010 - 11:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s first President, leader of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) Levon Ter-Petrosyan met with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby to discuss normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations and Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution. The two men also referred to domestic situation, specifically the problem of political prisoners. ANC representatives Davit Shahnazaryan, Avetis Avagyan and Vahan Papazyan were also present at the meeting, the ANC press office reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
