9 CANDIDATES CHALLENGE ARMENIAN PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION ON MAJORITY VOTER AT CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

PanARMENIAN.Net - 9 candidates for deputy on the majority voter, who challenge the returns of the parliamentary election held in the country May 25, have addressed the Constitutional Court (CC) of Armenia. As CC press secretary Hovhannes Papikian told "Arka" agency, the following candidates appeal against the National Assembly election returns: Vahagn Grigorian from the 4-th district, Sergey Avetisian, Murad Kirakosian, Artsvik Minasian and Andranik Sargsian from the 30-th, Khoren Sargsian from the 31-st, Karo Nersisian and Hakob Matilian from the 50-th, Hakob Hakobian from the 55-th. It should be reminded that in compliance with the returns of the parliamentary election on the majority voter 53 from 56 deputies are confirmed in the parliament. The election is recognized void in three districts - the 12-th, 41-st and 29-th.
