THE PARLIAMENT OF ARMENIA HAS PASSED THE LAW "ABOUT CIVIC SERVICE"

PanARMENIAN.Net - The national assembly has passed the law "About civic service". According to assurance of the government that introduced the bill for the parliament studying, this document is to form a base for the shifting to a new cadre policy, based on the transparency principle. The bill stipulates the setting up of the Council of civic service, which members will be appointed by the President, after Prime Minister introduces them. As it is known, earlier the government made idle attempts to get the bill through the Parliament.
