  Levon Ter-Petrossian, Peter Semneby discuss regional issues October 1, 2010 - 18:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 1, the first Armenian president, Armenian National Congress (ANC) leader Levon Ter-Petrossian met with the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Peter Semneby. The meeting focused on regional issues and well as Armenia’s internal political situation. ANC central bureau representatives Levon Zurabyan and Avetis Avagyan, as well as the head of EU Delegation to Armenia, Raul de Luzenberger attended the meeting.
