Pioneer Japanese company has sued Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry, appealing to Baku Local Economic Court for debt.

The preliminary hearing presided by Museyib Bayramov has been held today, October 5. The court hearing has been scheduled for October 12, APA reported.

According to the contract signed between the Pioneer and Defense Ministry, the company undertook to provide the ministry with electronic equipment. Upon completion of work, the company claimed that the ministry had not paid its debt completely. Reportedly, the debt grossed over AZN 100,000.
