Hrant Dink was targeted by Turkish mob before his murder

PanARMENIAN.Net - 5 moths before his murder, the editor-in-chief of Agos Armenian-Turkish newspaper Hrant Dink was targeted by the Turkish mob.

A price of TL 100 000 (approx. USD 70 000) was offered, yet financial problems were cited for the delay.

At Istanbul city court, one of murder suspects, Metin Dogan, spoke of being frightened into silence by mob leader Ayvaz Korkmaz.

Lawyer Fethiye Cetin, representing the Dink family in the Agos editor’s murder trial, admitted to being unfamiliar with newly discovered details, Taraf Turkish newspaper reported.
