Azerbaijan won’t withdraw snipers in near future, expert saysMay 31, 2011 - 15:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan will not withdraw snipers from the frontline in the near future, according to a military psychologist. “Armenia’s calls for withdrawal of snipers are not mere words. The refusal costs Azerbaijan a lot, although it knows that snipers will not help to resolve the problem,” David Jamalyan told a news conference in Yerevan.
