Aram I describes Iran's foreign policy as transparent, appraisable

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran's Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi met on June 17 with His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia to discuss the recent developments in Lebanon as well as regional and international issues.

During the meeting, the two sides applauded the strong cultural and historical tied between Armenians and Iranians and praised the respect shown by the Iranian government for its Armenian citizens.

His Holiness Aram I described Iran's foreign policy as transparent, clear and appraisable.

The ambassador, in turn, said that Iran's foreign policy is based on human and moral principles and added that Iran's ties with Armenians and Armenian religious scholars are strong, what is an honor for the Islamic Republic, IRNA reported.
