Sargsyan, Ahmadinejad discuss bilateral relations on phone

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan had a phone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to discuss development of bilateral relations as well as a number of regional issues.

The conversation took place on the initiative of the Iranian side.

Iran’s President was expected to be in Armenia on June 6 and 7, however, the visit was cancelled at the last moment. The Iranian Foreign Ministry said the visit will take place in the near future but did not mention any date.
