Iran’s “Girl from the Green Planet” to be published in Turkey

PanARMENIAN.Net - A Turkish version of the Iranian children’s book “A Girl from the Green Planet” by Mohammadreza Yusefi will be released in Turkey in the near future, Tehran Times reported.

Yusefi, who was invited to Turkey by a publisher, said in a press release that his book will be translated into Turkish.

Released by Shabaviz Publications, the book is about a little girl who arrives at a dark planet polluted by factories and mines where all residents use masks to breath. However, she begins to carry a bundle of twigs on her back instead of using a mask.

The Armenian version of his children’s book “The Little Star” translated by George Asaturian is available in Armenia.

Yusefi's “Me, Moon and the Star”, “Like Thousand Stars”, “The Star and the Fish” and “The Goat and The Palm Tree” were also translated into Korean. Another book “I, the moon and the star” by Yusefi was previously translated into Ottoman Turkish.
