As Aram Sargsyan stated at ANC rally, the authorities lost touch with the reality; the only reason ANC agreed to negotiate was the county’s facing Karabakh issue. “The many-thousand rallies will induce the authorities to negotiate and agree to concessions,” Sargsyan said.
