Stepan Demirchyan: snap elections is Armenia’s only way out of deadlock

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) will start negotiations with authorities only upon Serzh Sargsyan’s announcing the composition of the delegation for talks with the Congress, Republic Party leader stressed.

As Aram Sargsyan stated at ANC rally, the authorities lost touch with the reality; the only reason ANC agreed to negotiate was the county’s facing Karabakh issue.

“The many-thousand rallies will induce the authorities to negotiate and agree to concessions,” Sargsyan said.

People’s Party of Armenia leader Stepan Demirchyan in turn, noted snap elections as the only way of saving the country from deadlock and mire it’s currently in.
